Shipping Information

Affordable Funeral Supply Ships With UPS, FedEx, USPS, and several freight carriers.

AFS partners with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and several trusted freight companies to ensure your supplies are delivered safely and promptly. We rely on these providers to offer flexible shipping solutions, and we automatically calculate shipping costs in your Shopping Cart based on the most cost-effective method available.

Domestic Shipping Options (Lower 48 States)

All shipments will be sent via ground shipping unless otherwise requested. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us to place your order. We offer a variety of options, including overnight, two-day, and other time-sensitive services.

Non-Contiguous U.S. States and Territories

Custom shipping quotes are required for all orders shipping to Non-Contiguous U.S. States and Territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Due to varying carrier rates and service availability in these regions, standard shipping costs do not apply. Please contact us before placing your order to receive an accurate shipping estimate.

International Shipping Options (Outside U.S.)

International Shipping Quotes

For all international orders, custom shipping quotes are required. Shipping rates and delivery times vary significantly by country and carrier, so standard rates do not apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order to receive an accurate quote and ensure the best shipping method for your location.

Customs, Duty, Taxes

Customer is responsible for all customs, duty, and taxes charged in their jurisdiction for international orders.  These costs are out of Affordable Funeral Supply’s control and are not included in the shipping cost.

Freight Shipping

Many larger or heavier items, as well as bulk orders may ship freight. We utilize several trucking companies for our freight shipments. If you’re located in a limited access area, additional shipping rates may apply. Liftgate services are typically available on freight shipments, for an additional cost.

Receiving Products

All products must be inspected immediately upon being received.  If any damage is discovered, we must be notified immediately.  For freight shipments, please open and inspect the products thoroughly.  If any damage is discovered, it must be noted on the receiving paperwork.  Freight companies are required to stay until all freight is inspected, upon request.  Do not sign for a shipment until it is inspected.  Our liability is released once the product is received and signed for.  

Return Policy

Returns vary depending on the manufacturer.  Some items are eligible for a return and some are not.  PPE is not eligible for returns. No items that could come in contact with an infected or deceased individual are eligible for a return.  No custom or personalized items are eligible for a return.  No items outside of a return period are eligible for a return.  In the event of a return, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Returns may be subject to a restock fee.  Return periods and policies also vary manufacturer to manufacturer.  Please inquire before you purchase if you have a question about the return policy on a specific product.
