Two level cot. Extra-long wheel base for secure maneuverability. Two non-swivel wheels on load-end. Two swivel wheels on operator-end. Leg-release levers for collapsing legs and slide-action leg lock for securing legs when cot is folded for use as a two-wheeled stretcher. Wide enough to accommodate a portable stretcher, body scoop or body board. Cot comes complete with 1" standard burgundy mattress and (2) 5’L two-piece, burgundy, quick release restraint straps. Shipped via truck.
